Lindellhallen, Umeå
This is a suspended facade with an external primary structure (c/c 6300) that is attached to internal, 40 meter long, horizontal beams, with the appearance of hovering. There are vertical rods lifting the load to the top of the building.
Rods are also attached in a Y-shape on the horizontal beam in top to transfer the load from the middle, between the pillars, to the primary structure.
The south façade is created with clear solar controlled glass and the other facades use clear glass energy.
