Project ” Lindholmspiren” took place in the one of Gothenburg’s most expansive areas for office, and residential buildings. The building complex holds more than 8000m2 of glass façade divided in to 8 components. The most unique and identifiable part is the façade facing the river consisting of 4 glass. This part is build up with 288 prefabricated façade modules with more than 2000 unique glass pieces.

“-The main challenge in this project was to make the modules fit to the main structure that had an over rise of 40mm!” says project leader Jerker Johansson.
Lindholmspiren 3 is certified as an “EU Green Building”. The average insulation value of the façade among other modern solutions made this possible. Lindholmspiren will operate using 25% less energy than Boverket´s existing energy consumption requirements for new properties.
